Carter went to East Chapel Hill High. It is a newer high school in Chapel Hill. There's a Carrboro High School, too, in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro system. I saw an article which said football players would be allowed to transfer to East Chapel Hill High, which has a varsity football team this season ...
