I was at the game and Steph's warmups long beforehand thanks to a former Cat footballer. He's obviously capable of fooling people, but I thought both he and Jokic looked a little fatigued at times. Tom thought so, too. We were pretty close to the action.

It's difficult to see how signing Draymond was a "strategic mistake" if having him on board is an essential part of your trade idea. I don't understand the ins and outs of NBA contracts/payrolls, but someone who does told me that GSW can do more in terms of paying existing players (Draymond, Klay) than they can with other players from outside the organization. And of course not all outsiders are both available and anxious to join...

There was a sea of red for the Wisconsin game in part because both teams wore red. But the Davidson turnout was impressive both that game and the next one.

It might be true that when that codger retires from Miami Steph will be the longest tenured player with a single team in the entirety of the NBA.

It's probably fair to assume that every recruit we got received an earful from other schools' recruiters about how Bob wouldn't be around much longer, so I'd like to think that this is a contingency the new guys have been aware of for some time.
