Re: 24-25 Roster

Bruce Elder got a graduate degree from Vandy, as well as his undergraduate degree, after transferring from DC. He had to redshirt his first year there, so it took 5 years total.

Supposedly he would have stayed if we had not been dropped from the SoCon. I’m sure others have more details than I.

Re: Up next: at A&T

When I was coaching HS JV baseball our AD had a deal w some Fagin like character in Greensboro. “Fagin” paid kids for BP home run balls at War Memorial. Our AD bought them from Fagin for much less than new baseballs. So we used South Atlantic League baseballs in HS with no need to rub them up before...

Re: Sinkhole in the level playing field

Indiana State’s HC was the HC at DII Lincoln Memorial when they were in Queen’s conference and both schools spent 5+ years with multiple trips to the final four.

Lincoln Memorial is near the TN / KY state line and has one of the very few private veterinary schools in the country.

Re: Steph update

Kerr seems serious. Looney didn’t play last night. I think that ends a pretty lengthy consecutive games streak. Looney was a driving force in the last championship. He was a rebounding monster who more than held his own against bigs while also doing a decent job guarding smaller players if forced to...

Re: Steph update

RECORDS SET- the Celtics lead GSW 82-38 at halftime. That is the largest halftime lead in the history of the Celtics. It is also the largest halftime deficit in the history of the Warriors. Oh yeah, at one point the game was tied 21-21. On the bright side, this will be the Dubs 1st road loss after 8...
