So we’ve been relegated to giving away free seats to attract a decent crowd? Sad, just sad.
Illinois does that when they aren’t having a good season, and for pre-conference schedule. I’m sure most schools do that except for the bluest blue chip schools.

GP2’s eFG% is astronomical over last 2 games.

Re: In Game: vs. La Salle

Tuned in for the last 4 minutes and of the first half. LaSalle would dribble around and then explore a one-on-one move. The Cats weren’t a lot better, but LaSalle was so hapless that we didn’t need to be.

Wow. FGA/G from previous 5 years so consistent it's spooky.

Re: In Game: at Duquesne

Grant didn't deserve to get waylaid but that was a needless play. Just let the clock run down and hand the ball over with three seconds left. We wouldn't like it if an opponent did that. Agreed. When the other team isn't defending, don't try to score. Looked like Duquesne was still guarding, but I'...

I will finish a masters degree at the University of Illinois School of Labor & Employment Relations in May. Michael LeRoy (UNC Law '86) is my favorite professor.

Re: In Game: at Loyola Chicago

I watched the Loyola game today. I'm surprised that no one is talking about the most surprising aspect of Davidson's team. There are no black players or coaches, except maybe one guy on the bench who never got into the game. Apparently, the modern Davidson team either does not or can't recruit blac...

Re: In Game: at Loyola Chicago

The drive up to Chicago was uneventful. Lake Shore Drive had little traffic and we parked in a garage less than a 5-minute walk from the Gentile Center. My wife (Jewish) found the arena's name amusing. She looked very smart in the black Davidson sweatshirt Bagel gave me about 15 years ago. Lots more...

Re: Skogman injury

Maybe it's still the case, but wasn't there a Davidson alumnus/a that was CEO of Stryker in recent years? Stryker is best known for its orthopedic devices. We need to approach that alum about an NIL deal with the women's basketball team. Steve MacMillan, ‘85. Left Stryker in 2012 on less than amica...

Boxscore strongly suggests Dubs lost game at the FT line. Lakers took 22 more free throws.
