Re: Skogman injury

Thanks for the update on those three fine lads. I hope they all return, however, I'll be a bit surprised if at least one doesn't move on. Grant is pre-med. Medical school admission is super competitive, so you'd best take your slot when you get it. If he gets an acceptance, he will almost certainly...

Re: In Game: vs. Richmond

Dear Formerly Freehold: relaxing admission standards is not the answer to high quality bb for several reasons. Foremost among them is the immutable fact that DC is not a business. Moreover, are you advocating a less rigorous academic program for those admitted pursuant to this two tiered admissions...

At the end of the day, it’s the Jimmy’s and Joe’s, not the X’s and O’s. Matt’s tenure will be defined by how he and his staff do evaluating and recruiting talent. The clock is ticking. GO CATS!
Guessing since they were the ones that did the evaluating and recruiting for Bob, they will do okay.

Des' poster dunk made SportsCenter. Feel like we could have used him in our starting lineup, but what do I know.
Probably, but he didn't want to be here.

Re: Weight Room Conditioning

I'm not here to argue whether we need to do something different to achieve more wins. NIL, portal, grad programs, different recruits, coaching decisions - they are all things that people can debate. For instance, I think we need to increase our NIL money substantially in order to be more competitive...

Re: Weight Room Conditioning

We have a full-time staff of 7. Anyone in athletics - Davidson or Alabama - are going to say we need more staff. That's true in any athletic department. We have a full time staff member dedicated to basketball - along with their own dedicated facility. Many look at someone's body build and how peopl...

Re: Weight Room Conditioning

We have an excellent Strength and Conditioning staff. It is headed by Evan Simon who I have known for a long time. His credentials are big time. Brian Seitz handles strength and conditioning for men's and women's basketball. You will see him on the court pregame with both teams and sitting on the be...

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread

Thanks for the update. If Davidson men’s basketball wants to remain competitive in the A10 they better fix this soon. If they don’t, loyal fans like me may just wander off to greener pastures. The lower level, where I sit, is full of oldsters who are dying off every year. Very few young folks in th...

Fordham is imploding. Whitney Armstrong just handed out a T. You know her. She's the decently good ref and fantastic bodybuilder. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tehxJcXys6M 51-58, 2 minutes. This will be the Explorers first win since 11/21. If I recall...UNC Charlotte grad. Always enjoy talking with...

Iowa was favored by 15.5 points at home. Game was tied at 73 with 24 seconds left. Clark hit a 3 to win at the end of the clock.
From the logo, I believe.

Probably not a good idea to leave Mallorie Haines wide open behind the 3-point line.
Shooting 51% from 3 is a pretty good number...considering how many she has taken.
