Has our men's team disappeared? Basically no results for the first three outdoor weekends.

Limited results for the women as well.

This Tuesday at Wilson Field. 6pm start.

#230 (7-20) and # 246 (13-14). Their RPI is better than ours as their SOS is 81 and ours is way up there in the 250 range.

We are 2-4 in midweek games. We definitely need to win this one.

It appears that the Hawks pen in not up to snuff. Hopefully we can run their starter off today in the early innings.

Getting guys back from injury sure helps.

Cavanaugh done after 6. 2 runs and 4 hits - leading after 6 inning 4-2. Fix in.

Cats win on a walk-off base hit: 9-8.

Both teams pens struggled today.

St Joes pitcher has good stuff thus far. Wilson Perkins pitching well too - his fielder's have let him down thus far.

St Joes is 9-13 with a #247 RPI. The Cats are 11-13 with a #255 RPI.

We are 2-3 against Quad 1/2 opponents and the Hawks are 0-1.

Need to win the home series.

Check that. We are #255 in the RPI. Sweeping Siena dropped us 20 odd spots.

High Point is #150 in the RPI - we are #230 something but it keeps moving around a bit. They are 4-5 in Quad 1/2 games and 4-2 against A-10 opponents this year.

A win vs the Panthers would be a good momentum builder for the first A-10 series against St Joseph's.

I think part of what we may be seeing is the culmination of the "every kid gets a trophy" world. Entitlement syndrome. I'm not getting the respect or PT I deserve (sometimes they are right, but....) so I will leave and try another team/high school/youth league yada yada. I can understand one transfe...

Makes no sense for a senior Ivy Leaguer to come to Davidson.

Best win of the season. Still striking out way too much and walking way too many batters, but we made plays!

Richie D might warrant an honorable mention.

BTW, Landry Kosmalski was pretty damn good. Kenny Wilson as well. Himes was as steady as they come and helped make Rucker what he was.
