High school NILs in the works.

At some UNCG games, there's a basket of movie-sized candy boxes on the top of the home dugout. Drop a ball in the bucket, get candy. Some kids have gotten wise to this and bring non-NCAA baseballs from home. To my knowledge, my kids haven't done that, but they certainly pick the most scuffed-up base...

Dayton did beat NCAA tourney qualifier Longwood.

Dylan finished at 33rd in Division 1 in the 1650 free. The top 30 made the cut for the NCAA Championship meet.

The top 36 or so in each event make the cut on the women's side....

Their wins didn't pan out as well as they could have...

They beat LSU, a middle of the SEC team.
And SMU, middle of AAC.
St. Johns, middle of big east.
Cincy, bottom of big 12.

Sum of the remaining four A10 seeds is 27.

Better tonight. Still poor, but better. After Connor reached 20, scoreboard said 15. They quickly updated to 18 and reached reality during the timeout.

Shot clock didn't reset after the ball awkwardly clanged off the rim with a few seconds left.
