99 cents the first month. For your convenience they will charge your credit card 15.99 for each subsequent month if you don’t cancel.
If you try to cancel, will they find a “deal” where you pay a lot less? Probably. But the supply and demand seems mid-calculated at 15.99 a month.

Re: McKillop's preseason forecast on Zoom, 8/27
Ryan Harris ‘26 did win the Cake Race…. in 2022. The pictures seem to show that a different floppy haired trackster to be named later won this year. They also show someone wearing a Davidson Basketball shirt coming in 4th. I couldn’t identify who it was.

Re: EVY FOR THE BRONZE!
Do they play sports where Davidson doesn't have a team, or are they just students who happen to be athletic in some way?

Re: Steph update
Steph and Team USA live on TV, this afternoon at 3:00 pm. Be there. They are playing South Sudan, a team they beat by only 1 point in a friendly game two weeks ago. South Sudan's Khaman Maluach is a 17-year-old incoming freshman recruit at Duke. Carlik Jones, their PG, went to Radford! Looks like t...

Re: Evy Leibfarth
Amazing work by Evy! 12 of the 18 semifinalists qualified for the finals. Evy was 12th, but improved by 10 seconds in the final (same course, but everyone starts from scratch on times) to get 3rd. Seems unlikely that a Davidson alum has won an Olympic medal before (?), but we should have 2 at the en...

Re: Paris '24 canoe racing
So it was her that I had seen before, in Japan in '21 apparently.
This article says she has completed 2 years at Davidson, but has put that on hold for the Olympics.

Paris '24 canoe racing
According to the Team USA website, Evy Leibfarth, who won the U23 WK1 championships in 2023, will be in women's kayak and canoe races, and the kayak cross (4 boats racing each other, somehow). It says that she plans to attend Davidson College while continuing to train. She is 20 years old, so I gues...

Re: Portal
Someone should get involved. This is not NIL, this is simply pay to play. Money should be taxed and donations should into these funds should not be tax deductable. I seem to recall that there is some indication that the IRS agrees with you. If I'm remembering right Michigan converted their fund to ...

Re: Portal
I wonder how long we have to wait until athletes can transfer mid-season? Start well and get called up? Get hurt and get sent to the Big South on a rehab assignment? Sure. Why not? NCAA can't stop anything at this point. There’s an Alabama football player who has entered the portal 3 times since mi...

Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
What is the new rule? You can just enroll and take classes even if you are not pursuing a degree? I’m assuming these Ivy guys will graduate this spring. Did Foster get a degree from Davidson? Seemed like he could and I assumed he did. But transfers to Davidson after 3 college years are not somethin...
