Re: Portal
Jackson Paveletzke of Iowa State has entered the Portal. He had a great freshman year at Wofford in '22-'23. He transferred to Iowa State, but his playing time dropped. He's back in the Portal. He has 2 or 3 years of eligibility left. He's a 6'3" guard from Wisconsin. He could be our next Casey Ram...

Re: 24-25 Roster
I’m assuming the rationale is. “Davidson is so wonderful, everyone should stay here for as long as possible?” I guess that’s one way to look at it, but if you could get a degree from here in 3 years and get a masters from another elite institution…all on scholarship…. Re: 24-25 Roster
Why wouldn’t you do this. The idea that I could have finished in 3 years and gotten my masters paid for…if the system will pay for it, geez, you aren’t making the nba so go do it…why not? I hate it for the game, but I think the Mike Jones of the world are the smartest ones out there to take advantag...

Re: In Game: at St. Joe's
We hashed out the nepotism question two years ago on this board when Matt was hired. Time to move on from trying to bring it up again. In my view, the biggest threat to our storied men's basketball program is the NIL phenomenon. It seemingly sprang up out of nowhere on the college sports landscape ...

That was like an Alannis morrisette song - We try to miss the free throw at the end and actually make it

Re: In Game: vs. La Salle
Same here. I’ll still come to games as much as I can, but I’m done with my season tickets after this season after a really long run.
