Predicted spreads are from Massey as of this morning. They are for recreational purposes only. Times are ET.
All but three games are on Wednesday and Saturday. All eight Wednesday games start at 7 pm. That should keep the A10 Talk twitter person fairly busy for a couple of hours.

VCU is up big on ODU at the half. 32-20. This could be a big night for the A10.
Northeastern is up 19 at the half at Bucknell. That'll help. Winthrop is trailing at Tennessee Tech. Not good.

VCU was up 12 at halftime and will lose to ODU.
St. Bonaventure actually got a win, beating Canisius 70-55.
Saint Joseph's trailed the whole game against UIC but a late 11-0 run will carry the Hawks to a win. But will they cover nine points?! 
URI and UMass cruise to wins over Brown and Quinnipiac.
GW got drilled at home by Vermont. The Catamounts have a great program, but they're nothing special this year.
George Mason takes an embarrassingly close 82-75 win over Morgan State after trailing by eight in the first half. |

2nd half VCU 20, ODU 42. Bonnies got Stockard back tonight. He scored 19. Good night for the A10.

VCU was up 32-20 at the half, but was outscored 42-20 in the 2nd half.
3 A10 losses tonight is not ideal. Richmond's and GW's losses were expected, but VCU should have prevailed in the battle of the instate initials. |

I wanted 6-2 tonight, but the favored teams won all 8 games (at least by the betting spreads at the top of this topic).

ODU is a football school now. They're tearing down their 80 year old stadium to replace it with a newer model. That should give VCU the edge in hoops.
Friday and Saturday look brutal. 3 wins in 13 games, if I'm reading correctly. We need to do better than that. |
