There are multiple Wildcats more deserving than Ronshad Shabazz or McDuffie. McDuffie had his shot at JAG. JAG covered him a good bit and scored 33. And won. Shabazz put up good numbers but went 0-3. He catapulted his team to a dead last finish. I'd have JAG on that list over Shabazz. The most important stat has to be wins and losses.

If we keep playing the way we've been playing, we should expect to be slighted for a lot of individual awards this year. That's not a criticism. We had three different guys lead the team in scoring this weekend and a fourth who didn't lead us in scoring in any of the three games but was one of our top 3 scorers in all three games.

Based on what I've seen so far, at the end of the year Kellan and JAG should both be all A-10, and Luke and Luka should be all-rookie. I don't expect the coaches to give us 4 of the 20 spots. And if they do, I expect Kellan and/or JAG to be on a lower team than they deserve.
