Need to clean up some coaching, pass defense, and some stupid penalties. Game should have been a Wildcat win.

Watched second half of Marist podcast - wish I had not done so. Letting the Gored Foxes overcome a 17 point third quarter deficit to lose in second overtime could be a soul crushing defeat - hope not so, but fans, coaches and DU Community will have to lift up the lads. Only a win next week will get the bad taste out after this debacle. Go Cats, the sun will come out tomorrow.

A common stage of a rebuild is getting to the point where you're competitive but just can't get over the hump yet. Abell has made this program respectable and competitive, the process is more important than the result right now. |

This is a game that we'd have lost by a wide margin without the coaching change. Huge improvement and hope for the future.

Agreed. Disappointment aside--and it is difficult to set it aside--it was a road game against an opponant with equal talent, a game we could hope to win, but not expect to win. |

Didn't agree with the 4 & short field goal attempt though. We were moving the ball and I don't think this was a game where 3 points was going to make the difference.

Too hard to judge at this point. The game video broadcast was good but there was no replay.
