Carter looked good out there yesterday. We have a BUNCH of shooters. Grady kid is pretty good. Spoke to Brian Sullivan for a moment. |

Jon Axel’s family are in town, flying to St. Louis tomorrow and then home from there.
I also saw Bagel and Matt M at Toast today. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

IDK. One day when I ate there, they were out of toast. One time I ordered the bagel breakfast, and they were out of bagels. Today they couldn't do iced tea.
The Fordham's women's soccer team was eating there, too. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

Was it a screening of Warhol’s Empire? |
Chariots of Fire. Nate was running up and down the court nicely.

Appropriately enough, I saw that movie for the first time when I was in DC a few days before winning the A-10 tournament. |

Was going to try to catch another practice this weekend, but alas, fall break, so no workouts. |

Yes, being an Eagles fan, love this version. |

And that of course got my brain to try to wrap around what that song would sound like if performed by the Eagles. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

To the tune of, "Peaceful, Easy Feeling". Seems to work. |

Not necessarily the tune, but that kind of Eagles sound, yes.
Many of us will be blessing more than the rain on Thursday night. Perhaps the invocation will be given again by a potential Wildcat.
Now that my project for a ninetieth birthday present is complete, I hope I won’t wait again until June to work on the Joplinesque fight song. MM15 says to save it for my solo album. I got to the point that an iconic chord progression will come in to underlie it. I still don’t know that I won’t let me down. Working title is “just a Small-Town Wildcat Rag.†_________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |
