When I started practicing the veteran attorneys called them BD1 and BD2 (Big Dummy 1 and Big Dummy 2). I would never (admit to) using either nickname. BDF and BDL do not qualify for the nickname, but the use of "BD" in their nom de screens always reminds me of the distinguished jurists from Winston-Salem. |
Sounds accurate. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

You will be satisfied. |
 | BDF be like Jagger: he can’t get no satisfaction. |
It’s posts like this that make it hard for me to lower my expectations so that I can better enjoy the season. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

“40. Davidson (A-10)
Kellan Grady. That’s the only name you need to know. Davidson got hot and won the A-10 Tournament last year and was a popular pick to beat Kentucky in the Round of 64. But, Grady. He put up better numbers than Steph Curry when Steph was a freshman. Grady has a real shot to be an All-American. It also helps that Bob McKillop is one of the best offensive coaches in the country. “
This is an excerpt from the Barstool College Basketball Writer’s ranking of EVERY CBB team. Barstool itself barely qualifies as anything more than just immature babble but their basketball writer is actually really good at his job. |

That's for sure. The only way this would happen is if Dusan suddenly becomes an excellent three point shooter.
Lizard brain says 4 good 3 point shooters on floor at all times. |
And 5 is mo betta.
Not a coincidence that our A10 regular season champs often had 5 legit threats from 3. Made up for lots and lots and lots of deficiencies in other areas. _________________ "Then they started making 3s. A lot of 3s. We're talking more 3s than a bad dating site." |

Relative to the positions, it's 5 shooters and 5 ball handlers as well, so that the good shooter is usually taking a good shot.
It is a lot of fun watching this team turn supposed weaknesses into matchup problems for the other team. By rights, that, standing alone, should fill the arener.
People who like to break down game video probably like watching Davidson. Unfortunately, not enough of them like to watch Davidson in person. |

In my wandering I saw a preview which concluded there would be zero at large teams from conferences other than the P5 and Big East. It made me shudder. If you want to find it I think the link was a post on the A10 fan forum from the last 2 days. Beware- you may run away screaming. |
