There's a 47 year old NC native who is 36-5 in the last 3 years with a FCS nat'l championship win over NDSU (and a runner-up). He also won a SoCon championship at El Cid and a FCS playoff win. Before that he was a DIi national runner-up at Lenoir-Rhyne (29-8). I guess he'll be available when VaTech or UVa want to be good again.
I'm no gambler, but I'll bet he dominates UNC if he lands at one of those schools. I don't think the folks in Knoxville are smart enough to hire him. |

Yeah, everyone around here is pretty excited. Lots of folks were sure that we had lost him to UNCC last week. Hopefully, this AD hire and Houston stabilize things around here, where money has been hemorrhaging, attendance is down, and enthusiasm has been waning. This is the second good hire in a row by ECU, after Dooley. Dooley is a coach. _________________ "He scores 30 points and he thinks he can call me Bob." |

ECU is a perfect example about how important a good AD is for a school. Terry was there, things rolled pretty good. Won games, went to class, people donated, everyone pretty happy.
Terry leaves and the place is a dumpster fire. _________________ "I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter."

The guy that fired Coach Ruff and hired Montgomery in his place should never work in the athletics administration again. Doofus _________________ Let's go Mens |
