I would imagine any new stadium restoration/refurbishment/addition will be between 10,000 and 11,000 seats.

Two reasons - any smaller and we exclude a segment of potential recruits. Apparently kids want more than 10,000 seats. I've heard this from many coaches over the last few years.

Secondly, it will be really hard to get return non-conference games from credible opponents if we have fewer than 10k seats.

Frankly, I doubt seriously our stadium seats 6000 as advertised. Not with normal sized people in the stands.

I think two recent stadia would be great samples for Davidson.

Richmond Spiders have a beautiful 8700 seat stadium on campus and Mercer just built a great 10700 stadium. Both would make this alum gidddy.

They have also designed nearly all of Wofford's athletic facilities, including the new Richardson arena.
