** Those 4 first half steals move Mackenzie up from 9th place and into 7th place on the all-time list. _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

3rd qtr, Cats come out sharp, 53-34, with 6:14 remaining. Jorgensen just picked up her 3rd foul, headed to the bench. Davidson is now 8-12 from deep. Three Cats in double figures.
URI back in some sort of 2-3 zone. It's not the best zone I've seen.
Under 5 timeout, 57-36. Mackenzie having her way with URI's defense.
URI unleashing their full court press now.
2:10 left, 59-40. 12 pts for #44 this qtr.
URI's best player, Jorgensen, has fouled out.
End of 3rd qtr, 62-40. Mackenzie with 22 pts, 14 in the period. Katie has 13, Justine 10. _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

4th qtr, under 5 timeout, 70-47. Double-double for Mackenzie.
3:30, 70-52.
3:09, 70-55. Need to re-focus.
2:03, 73-57.
Mackenzie with the old school 3-pt play. 32 pts. New career high for the 2nd time in 3 games.
** Final, 79-67. That's three consecutive A10 road wins. Pretty sure that's a first. _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

Mackenzie with the monster game today -- 32 pts, 12 rebs and 6 stls. Katie had 15 pts, 5 rebs and 8 asts. Justine chipped in 10 pts, 8 rebs and 4 stls.
Plus 15 on the boards, 20 offensive rebounds. 44% from 2, 50% from 3, 50% FTs thanks to a bunch of makes late in the game.
Up next, Cats visit Saint Louis on Sunday. _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

Great work, chantilly! Thanks for the commentary.
We are 10-13. 8 of those losses are to teams in Warren Nolan's top 100. Mercer is 20-2 and is getting votes for the top 25.
Our RPI is 149. |

We are now 4-0 this season at venues with the initials "RC".
Do you know where all but the first round of the conference tournament is? _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

The proposed new avatar for chantilly reminds me I need to go to the optometrist.
"Which looks clearer, number 1 or number 2?"
I hope number 2 is clearer. |

city, if your #2 is clearer than your #1, you need to go see a urologist or a gastroenterolgist, not an optometrist. _________________ ...coming out of the murky, dreary jungle of untutored mediocrity. |

An older gentleman sitting behind me at the game was telling the somewhat younger lawyer to his left that he had been urologist, but also did some heart surgery.
Earlier he had asked me the team’s shooting percentage. By the time that I teased out of him that he meant in that game only, since he had arrived late, it was maybe down to 75% I guessed.
He later asked me whether Rusty was good enough for the NBA. I suggested that Europe was more likely, but I didn’t know what he wanted to do or what his major was. It occurs to me now that he might have meant Peyton instead. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |
