Just looked at the academic calendar. The last day for exams is Dec. 13th. That seems really early. "When I was a student" I remember taking my last exam on 12/22 and driving home on 12/23. I believe there was an exam period on the morning of 12/23, because I never waited until the last day to take a final.

On the plus side for our student athletes, that means they have no games during exams, and will hopefully have a few days worth of recharging before the Temple and Wake games, which are shaping up to be pretty important resume games.

Frankly that's good, we have a big game a couple days later. would be good to focus without being distracted by exams. ACC win would be valuable.

There's a great arena in Belfast. My son and I were walking around near the waterfront in the summer of 2017 and chanced upon it. It's modern and probably sits 7-8,000.

That was after we toured the Titanic Museum. As we were buying our tickets, the attendant commented on my Davidson College hat. I asked him if he'd heard of Davidson because of Steph. He said he knew about it because it was Presbyterian. He was college age.
