No need! Playing at a very very high level and I think it's possible that even #WE undervalue him even though #WE know how good he is. If that makes sense. |

And I thought Kilgo was bad.
There was a stretch late in the game last night when Jared noted that people were leaving. It was a two possession game and over a minute to go (if IIRC). He mentioned that it was way too early to assume the game was over and he was so right. Made me so happy.

People leave tie games with a couple minutes to go, and the like. I don't think I'd bother to show up in the first place.

In 1954, the Cleveland Indians won 111 games. They ended the Yankees streak of 5 AL pennants(and World Championships).
The MVP was Yogi Berra. He had a good year, but several Indians divided the votes, so Berra won.
Sometimes, outfielders on bad teams with a lot of RBIs win the MVP vote. Andre Dawson and Hank Sauer are 2 examples. None of their teammates get any votes. |

May also see some vote dividing as coaches consider voting for either Luke or "Luker*" as Freshman of the Year.
* Y'all know Luker. He's the big guy that plays in the arener.
