I hear from a reliable source that Brian Sullivan will be joining the Davidson coaching staff on September 1, filling the position previously held by Will Thoni.
Welcome back, Sully! _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

Neat! I didn't hear that one. Maybe that will confuse Roy, and he'll have players triple-teaming the bench.
I did hear that Clay had returned to Chicago and is running one of their restaurants there. Thon had visited him during his summer travels.
Former manager, I guess he was, Ryan was here last night. His brother patiently listened to my telling Tommy Wilson stories. I even learned a bit about LaSalle. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

I heard about Brian earlier this week. After checking his stats and reading the article it's kind of surprising, unless he just wanted to get on with life and quit playing games. Anyhow I'm glad he's with us again. |

Looks like both. His team is about to make the finals. Looks like he can finish the playoffs and then be available. _________________ "McKillop is a gentleman. He could have played 'name that score' if he so desired."---St Joe's fan |

Brian's older brother is a coach, isn't he? Denison sticks in my head, but it may be because Gerg was going there until Furman came through with a scholarship and a big check.
Brian has 2 brothers. One was coaching at Kenyon and the other at Denison in '15-'16. |

Indeed, McKillop's 500th win was against Dennison at Belk, a game I was in town to see. Sully's brother Chris was an assistant coach for Dennison. They put up a respectable fight, closer than I expected from a DIII team.

After hearing some of the recruiting stories, I’m convinced that relationship building is one of the most important skills for college basketball coaches. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |
