Luka is really, really good. Great hands. Catches everything tossed his way. Great foot work. He will start, no doubt about it. So I predict the starting five will be Kellan, Jon Axel, Kishawn, Luke, and Luka.
The Colt 45 contenders will be many and varied: Nate, David Cz, Mike Jones, Carter Collins, Nelson B-Y, to name a few. Dusan is a question mark. _________________ “Yeah, well, you know, that’s just, like, your opinion, man.†— Jeff Bridges as The Dude in "The Big Lebowski" |

New LED lighting in the arena. Dont look into the lights and then try and look at the basket. |

Looked to me like the black team had 4 starters.
I thought Carter looked good, particularly guarding Kellan. He also won the post game press conference with his impression of coach. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

Nate is a high energy player. I doubt he would have been a 30 mpg guy even if completely healthy. Luka looked good enough today for us to only need Nate maybe 15 or 20 mpg. KP looked comfortable at the 4. I think he's bigger than Lovejoy when Andrew was our starting 4. Bates and Nelson didn't look as ready as Luka today, but they looked like they knew their assignments. Dusan is a wild card. His skills could help us push the other contenders down the standings. I hope he gets to have some fun this season. |

Appreciate the updates from those in attendance. Any special guests who may be future participants? |

It is amazing how much bigger we are than in the past. Brian Sullivan looked tiny next to KP and Frampton.
Side note. Before the game, we were running a breakout drill that started with Sullivan missing a free throw. I think he made about 25%. Even as a coach, the guy can’t miss if he tries. _________________ This is a post by BDF, not BDL. |

Nobody that I saw.
Rusty was home for Will's birthday. He seems to be doing well. _________________ Μεγάλη ἡμÎÏα εἶναι ΛÏγξ |

I also was very impressed with how effective Carter was guarding Kellan. He also had a great hustle play keeping the ball alive after an air balled three. CC will receive a good many Colt 45 votes this year, in the truest sense of the award. |

I'd love to see Luke and Luka in action. If they are both as advertised we should be formidable. Also this post makes me think we need some nicknames cause the Luke/Luka thing is going to be confusing. |
