Ky fools the Vols by running the ball with the WR/QB who can't pass. He runs down to the 10 and fumbles. Vols recover obvious fumble. Review gives the ball to Ky. I don't hear the explanation, but it must have been a jaw dropper.
DC ball tied at 3. Cz jacks a 3 (early in the clock?) and misses. His pct on early 3s seems very poor this year.
Killer says they are out of control. Sounds like the whole game is out of control.

Ky scores by running the ball against a UT defense expecting pass. Not sure who was supposed to be the passing threat. Ky 10-0.
Will makes a play. Our ball with :43. JP hits 2 FTs to give us a lead. Cz fouls.  We're up 1. Cz misses at buzzer.
Vols suspend a walk-on from the team for having an IQ higher than room temperature. He made the coaches feel bad. Didn't make the other players feel bad however, they didn't know what 'IQ' means.

We do seem to have weapons in both front and back-court. Seems like our game plan might have been geared toward getting our bigs some easy points on the block. When foul trouble ensued, we were able to turn our guards loose. I see us going back to a more settled, half-court game after the break. |

Live stats has Ali with an assist in 0 mins played. Cz is 0-6 with 5 missed 3s. Jake hasn't scored, has 1 reb, 2 TOs and 2 fouls. Let's hope that those 2 get untracked in the 2d half.
