Deep voice. Not Kenny Wilson deep, but pretty deep.

He looks like he has some great potential based on his HS video.

He dunks with authority. He can pass. He also has very nice form on his jump shot. Contrary to a few of our recent recruits, he seems to have moves and could get his shot if necessary.

He was behind several NBA draft picks on a really good and deep team.

I saw his stats and was very unimpressed. I watched his videos and had the opposite response. He will help us immediately. We still need some more help, but Joe makes us better.

I had similar reactions, which brought to mind Clint Mann. Clint had underwhelming stats at Iowa St., but big impact at DU. I think Joe will have more impact than Clint.

Excellent size, length and athleticism; in addition to a nice looking stroke from behind the arc. He should be a welcome plus for our team.

I had the opposite reaction to Laput: impressive stats, unimpressive video. But I trust our coaches. I can't wait to see him in person. And all of our new guys. Maybe we'll be better than we were last year. Go Cats.
