He knows what day of the week it was. He remembers the weather. He knows who we played, how many points the leading scorer had, etc.

I keep thinking of that song each morning when I look at the sleep tracking on my watch, which knows when I am sleeping. It knows when I'm awake. It knows whether I have exercised, sat too long, etc. It doesn't know my blood sugar, though, so it doesn't have a complete picture on whether I've been bad or good.
