Re: Newest Kool Aid recruiting thread
Will Richardson (4 star, Bergen Catholic NJ) just committed to Fordham over high major offers. Something to be said for "staying home" but not sure why we didn't seem to really go after him. Entering his fourth year under Billy Armstrong (Davidson c/o '98).

Good for Fordham. I hope they can keep him all 4 years. We need them to stink less.

Going to Fordham is like doing a prep school year. You go there, play a lot and then pick which other school you want to finish at. Now that you don't have to sit a year after your first transfer, leaving Fordham has never been easier.i77cat wrote: ↑Sun Oct 10, 2021 11:29 pmhttps://247sports.com/Player/Will-Richardson-46085375/

Worked out pretty well for Eric Paschall. I remember watching him play a game at Richmond and he kept the Rams in the game basically by himself. My Spider friend and I immediately wondered what someone this good was doing at Fordham. And, then, he was gone.TOK wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 8:29 amGoing to Fordham is like doing a prep school year. I’m not sure we had a shot at Schroeder, he had lots of P5 interest. But I think Porter Moser was on him earlier than most P5 coaches. Hmmm…

He is down to two schools. Neither is Davidson.RichmondCat wrote: ↑Sat Jun 05, 2021 10:11 pmMatthew Filipowski has set up an unofficial visit to Davidson per the below.bvgerd wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 2:24 pmI think Matthew Filipowski is a new name? https://twitter.com/jakelieberman2/stat ... 6046160901 A 2022 center would really help us with both Luka and Nelson presumably graduating after next year. Already a lot of good schools interested in him with reported offers from Illinois and Pitt and interest from georgetown.

Further discussion about Donda Academy probably belongs in the No Limit on Stupid thread. But if he really is going there (if there even is a there), he won’t be coming to Davidson or any other school that requires graduation from an accredited institution.RichmondCat wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 9:32 amAnd, he has decommitted.RichmondCat wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 5:06 pmBraeden Moore has committed to Rutgers.RichmondCat wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 1:32 pmDavidson interest in 2022 Braeden Moore, 6'8 SF, Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN).

Yes, I am pretty sure that ship has sailed. Just record keeping purposes at this point.Jay Catsby wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 10:39 amFurther discussion about Donda Academy probably belongs in the No Limit on Stupid thread.
